An apology letter varies in their form it could be a very polite way of saying you're sorry that you eat your brothers chicken wings or it could be to address an issue or problem with another party, we will be talking about the latter.


Let's say you ordered something and what you get in the mail doesn't match what you ordered or they didn't arrive on time or worse, never got it in the first place. If this happened, we would write a letter of complaint, and the party responsible is the one who will write the apology letter.


I will now write an apology letter as an example.

Please note that the following letter is fictional, any resemblance to actual person, location, number and email are coincidental. I am not responsible for any intended use of this letter outside as an example.

 

November 12th, 2021

Dear madam,


We at Panavision motion pictures would like to formally apologize for the operation failure in a number of our equipment. Due to a recent demand increase on our equipment and lack of availability, they are being rented out more. As a result, our equipment is being used more often than being in state of care in one of our facilities. As a token of our apology we would like to extend your warranty, get an extra month in rent duration and a 25% off the next time you rent our equipment in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused and we look forward to improving the customer service and care for our equipment in the near future to prevent similar things from happening.

Below this is a breakdown of the letter section by section. I'd like to apologize first that this is very roughly made and doesn't have the same polish as the last blogpost. I forgot that this assignment exists and also forgot to reinstall my image editor.
